What Changes

What you leave with.

CEO On Mission is an intensive for leaders who have already achieved. The question it answers is not “how do I succeed?” but “what am I building, and why?” Over two days, Rogers works through the frameworks he has refined over 12 years of coaching executives at the intersection of faith, leadership, and enterprise.

A Mission Statement for your enterprise that integrates your faith conviction, not just your business logic

Clarity on the 3 decisions every CEO must make about culture, people, and legacy

A peer group of executives who lead from the same conviction — your ongoing strategic circle

Rogers' personal assessment of your leadership gaps and strengths

Is this for you?

This is for you if...

You are a founder, CEO, or senior executive who leads from faith

You feel the tension between ambition and calling

You want your company to mean something beyond revenue

You have tried secular leadership programs and found them incomplete

This is not for you if...

You are looking for business tactics, marketing strategies, or financial frameworks

You are not willing to examine the spiritual foundation of your leadership

You are not yet leading anything — Dominion Life or Men On Duty may be better first steps

The Experience

Two days that shift how you lead.

Day 1

Mission

Why are you really doing this?

·

The CEO On Mission framework — 5 principles of conviction-led enterprise

·

·

Evening: roundtable dinner — 6 executives per table with Rogers rotating

Day 2

Execution

How does conviction show up at 9am on a Monday?

·

Culture, people, and legacy — the three CEO decisions that define your company

·

Case study presentations — each executive presents one real challenge

·

Peer commitments + accountability structure activation

What executives who attended say.

CEO On Mission gave me language for something I had been living but couldn't articulate. My faith is not separate from my business. It is my competitive advantage.

Daniel Mfoula

Yaoundé · CEO On Mission 2024

I came as an entrepreneur who goes to church. I left as a man who builds from conviction. Rogers helped me understand the difference — and it changed how I lead my team.

R

Richard Essomba

Douala · CEO On Mission 2023

Three CEO coaching engagements and two mastermind programs before this. None of them integrated faith, family, and business the way Rogers does. It was the missing piece.

Questions you probably have.

What is the difference between CEO On Mission and Dominion Life?

Dominion Life is a broad men's leadership conference. CEO On Mission is specifically for executives and entrepreneurs — it assumes you are already leading an organization and addresses the intersection of faith and enterprise at that level.

Do I need to have a large company to attend?

No. CEO On Mission welcomes founders of early-stage startups, mid-size business owners, and large company executives. What matters is that you are leading something and that your faith conviction is real.

Is there a vetting process?

Yes — to keep the cohort focused, we review all registrations and may reach out before confirming your seat. // TODO: confirm with Rogers if this is the approach

Is there a way to work with Rogers beyond this intensive?

Yes. CEO On Mission graduates are invited to apply for Rogers' coaching program. See the /coaching page for details.

What does 50,000 XAF include?

Both days of the intensive, all meals during the program, materials and workbook, and access to the CEO On Mission alumni network. Travel and accommodation are separate. // TODO: confirm inclusions with Rogers
